About See Only Love (w/ Lyrics)

See Only Love Every experience

Is something you attract.

Whether good or bad,

The lesson was just that,

You attracted the problems,

So that you could solve them.

Your evolution, happens just like that.

Give thanks and acknowledge,

All your new knowledge,

About how to navigate this life.

The thoughts I give energy to,

Are the things that make my future true.

I have all I need, to improve and succeed.

I am joy,

I am love,

I am free,

To rise above,

My past pain and problems,

I know how to solve them,

I look in the mirror and See Only Love.

Every person,

Is someone you attract.

Whether good or bad,

The lesson was just that,

You attracted the lessons,

So that you could have blessings.

Your evolution, happens just like that.

Give thanks and acknowledge,

All your new knowledge,

About how to navigate this life.

It’s divine intervention,

Born from your intention,

Your life can be a joyous invention.

I am joy,

I am love,

I am free,

To rise above,

My past pain and problems,

I know how to solve them,

I look in the mirror and See Only Love.

I look in the mirror and See Only Love.

I look in the mirror and See Only Love.

About the Song:

This song came to me when I was reading the book You Can Heal Your Life by Louise Hay. I had to put the book down in the middle of reading and go bring the song through by singing/writing/recording it with my computer.

I was trying to take the essence of the messages I was reading in the book, and condense them down to even less words and present them in a catchy and pleasant sounding way. I like what came from it!

This is my favorite song to sing randomly to new people. I think it is a good introductory song that is good for the majority of people, no matter where their energy and attitude may be.

I sing it in parking lots, stores, on the streets, gas stations, campfires, and a lot of generally random places. If I'm feeling the urge, I just go up to people and ask if I can sing them a song. I've been turned down a few times, but 98% of the time, people say yes. I've been told to keep it up, and I intend to. It's fun to sing to people in an unexpected way.

There are multiple ways I look at this song.

I look in the Mirror and See Only Love

is a great mantra/affirmation/belief to get stuck in your head.

Body Image

It is great for healing the damage of society on our body image. Most people are way too hard on themselves about their body or appearance.

Even little details of our appearances can cause huge amounts of stress if we get worked up and insecure about them.

But you can easily be free of all that unnecessary worry by just accepting that you CAN love yourself fully, even if you see something in the mirror that you would rather have be different.

I have been very insecure about a few things before, but I no longer think I am any less amazing as a human being because my body isn't one hundred percent perfect according to societal and cultural standards.

A way of thinking that helped me overcome my insecurities, is to see my "imperfections" as a great test for if people really love me all the way through to my soul. It's a great way to weed out the shallow people who only judge on appearance.

Also I have redefined my own standards of beauty away from the cultural and societal norms I felt so pressured by (magazines and movies especially), and now my ideals of beauty include natural forms of appearance such as no make-up, no wire bras, and no shaving. Or really, how ever you like to be, but with an inner knowing that our bodies are the way they are for a reason, and that is beautiful.

I used to feel that I couldn't leave the house without make up. But ever since I stopped wearing make up every day - I feel I have gotten more compliments about being beautiful than before, and I am able to take them to heart even more, because I know its not that I did a good job painting on my face, but that my natural beauty and inner light are being recognized.

Cosmic Mirror

We are all mirrors of each other. Reflections to let each other see whats going on within ourselves. So by looking in the Cosmic Mirror and Seeing Only Love, we learn unconditional forgiveness, love, and compassion. We are mirrors of each other by letting each other see how the self will respond, when put into a situation by an other person. How we respond to a person or situation tells us a lot about ourselves. Are we getting defensive over something little? Are we upset with the person for bringing up a topic because it is painful and we don't want to address it? If you notice strong emotional reactions within yourself when responding to other people, please take the time to look at these issues with love and compassion for yourself as you work through your triggers.
